For an Online Video Session:
You will be emailed a link for your video session 1 hour before the session. Click on the link 5 or so minutes before the session and be sure to give permission for the access to your audio and video via your webcam. You will be in a "waiting room" until Russ invites you into the session. If you have any problems or are unable to enter the waiting room please feel free to text Russ at 4O3-529-7255.
